class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#8217;obiettivo del progetto SHE@CYBER \u00e8 migliorare la sicurezza dell&#8217;Europa digitale promuovendo un maggiore coinvolgimento delle donne con background non tecnico nel settore della sicurezza informatica. SHE@CYBER \u00e8 considerato un primo passo fondamentale per affrontare varie questioni evidenziate nella strategia dell&#8217;UE in materia di sicurezza informatica. Tali difficolt\u00e0 riguardano la necessit\u00e0 di una comprensione condivisa dei rischi informatici, l&#8217;esigenza di migliorare la sicurezza informatica e le capacit\u00e0 di difesa informatica a livello dell&#8217;UE e la significativa carenza di competenze in materia di sicurezza informatica tra la forza lavoro. SHE@CYBER combina l&#8217;istruzione degli adulti e le certificazioni professionali con competenze in materie specifiche, utilizzando tecniche di insegnamento creative per ottenere risultati che soddisfino i requisiti del settore.<\/p><p>Il progetto va oltre il semplice aumento dei professionisti della sicurezza informatica, poich\u00e9 cerca anche di incoraggiare la diversit\u00e0 nella forza lavoro. Il progetto introdurr\u00e0 nuovi metodi di formazione, combinando formati ibridi e online, per affrontare la mancanza di donne e gruppi svantaggiati nei ruoli tecnologici. Le caratteristiche distintive riguardano la valutazione delle nuove tecnologie, le questioni etiche nella sicurezza informatica e la promozione della fiducia nelle donne che lavorano in questo settore. SHE@CYBER mira anche a chiarire i malintesi, a scoprire aspetti importanti del divario di genere e a valutare i pregiudizi legati alla vulnerabilit\u00e0 delle donne alle minacce informatiche.<\/p><p>Concentrandosi su misure specifiche di genere, il progetto mira a individuare le carenze in tutto lo spettro del processo di assunzione, dalle opportunit\u00e0 di istruzione e formazione alle dinamiche del posto di lavoro. L&#8217;obiettivo finale del progetto \u00e8 quello di creare un modo sistematico per sviluppare un pool di talenti diversificato nella sicurezza informatica, contribuendo ad adeguare le risorse della forza lavoro alle esigenze del settore.<\/p><p>Il progetto prevede quattro pacchetti di lavoro da implementare:<\/p><ul><li><em>Curriculum e roadmap per una forza lavoro diversificata<\/em><\/li><li><em>Formazione sulle nozioni fondamentali di sicurezza informatica e sulla resilienza aziendale<\/em><\/li><li><em>Piattaforma di apprendimento interattiva<\/em><\/li><li><em>Toolkit e metodologia di formazione dei formatori<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>SHE@CYBER \u00e8 stato creato per rispondere alla pressante necessit\u00e0 di professionisti della sicurezza informatica e per coinvolgere attivamente i gruppi emarginati, in particolare le donne, nel settore. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 quello di colmare il divario di competenze e lo squilibrio di genere. Nonostante la crescente importanza della sicurezza informatica e il crescente bisogno di professionisti, la mancanza di rappresentanza femminile e la conseguente carenza di talenti in questo campo rappresentano una vulnerabilit\u00e0, in particolare per le piccole e medie imprese (PMI) e per l&#8217;intero settore della sicurezza informatica.<\/p><p>\u00c8 fondamentale considerare diversi punti di vista per affrontare in modo efficace il divario di genere, la carenza di talenti e il divario di competenze nella sicurezza informatica. Attualmente, solo il 20% della forza lavoro mondiale nel settore della sicurezza \u00e8 costituito da donne, il che evidenzia la necessit\u00e0 di promuovere la diversit\u00e0 di genere e colmare il divario tra la domanda di esperti di sicurezza informatica e la forza lavoro esistente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
